VPX6-187: 8-core QorIQ P4080 SBC

Oooh, abbreviation overload! Military & Aerospace Electronics recently published a press release entitled Curtiss-Wright Controls announces 8-Core Freescale QorIQ P4080-based VPX single-board computer.

There’s a mass of abbreviations and techical terms within the linked article, which says that:

The VPX6-187 is designed to leverage the flexibility and feature set of the QorIQ P4080 processor to provide a trusted computing environment in harsh military and aerospace applications.

This trusted environment is not based on a Trusted Computing Group solution, however, as far as I am aware.
