TCG self-encrypting drives not always a good idea

On the Zecurion blog, they looked at the recently-release Trusted Computing Group’s Opal specification for full disk encryption and came to the conclusion that if you’ve already got lots of hardware, replacing everything does not make financial sense, but instead a software solution like Zecurion’s own Zserver Storage should be used.
