Wave Systems’ eTMS authorised by Wells Fargo

A recent announcement/press release from Wave Systems discloses that they have entered into an agreement with Wells Fargo to allow their mortgage division to use Wave’s eSign Transaction Management Suite (eTMS) for electronic disclosure (or eDisclosure) of mortgate-related documents. The benefits to Wells Fargo and their mortgage division is described as follows:
