New Zealand, Trusted Computing, and Digital Rights Management

The latest news from New Zealand is that the State Services Commission’s (SSC) e-government unit has transferred development of trusted computing and digital rights management (TC/DRM) standards to Archives New Zealand.
The country first started looking at these issues in 2006, and in 2007 the SSC issued standards that supported these principles and policies for TC/DRM.
