This press release is from nSolutions Inc about their new NOVA device for change and configuration management. NOVA stands for Network Ontology and Virtualization Appliance, if that makes things any clearer!
They noew support the Trusted Computing Group’s (TCG) Trusted Network Connect (TNC) workgroup’s new IF-MAP (Interface-Metadata Access Point) protocol.
Stu Bailey, CTO of Infoblox and founder and editor of the IF-MAP specification said:
“TCG welcomes the support of nSolutions and its products for the new TNC IF-MAP specification. The fast turn on their part to implement this new specification demonstrates the ease of integration into real products and shows that enabling data sharing post-admission gives network administrators new ways to secure their networks.”
