Guidance for FISMA compliance issues

A report from Vivek Kunda, the USA’s Chief Information Officer, regarding the release of new FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act) guidance, was published on the Gov Monitor web site. Although the article says that this guidance was published on the same day as the column, there’s no link and Google doesn’t return anything useful. It also says:

A secure, trusted computing environment in the federal government is the responsibility of everyone involved.

I’d wager that the Trusted Platform Module features in this secure architecture, so I’d love to see the guidance to confirm!
