EE Times India on microkernels

EE Times India recently published a rather interesting article on microkernels and why they are better than they are rated. From the trusted computing point of view, they say:
Reliability, in fact, is one of the microkernels’ greatest assets. The amount of code that must be fully trusted, the trusted computing base (TCB), is dramatically reduced.
They then highlight that the Open Kernel Labs’ OKL4 microkernel has less than 20,000 lines of code (actually, they get the units wrong and state it has 20 million!) versus hundreds of thousands in a minimal Linux kernel.
