Cloud Computing is the future

Cloud Computing is one of these wooly terms that can mean just about anything, but in this article in Reuters’ Great Debate series Piers Linney tries to define it. Cloud Computing and Trusted Computing have quite a bit in common, as Rainier, one of the commenters, points out:
A necessary condition for cloud computing to fully succeed is Trusted Computing. Once a TC paradigm is completely insinuated into the computing ecosystem, users will be able to source out the most efficient solution to their computing need.
I’m not really sure what that means, but then again I’m not really sure what Cloud Computing itself means! I know that the Trusted Computing Group has the people to work out the relationship and I have a few ideas of my own about what may be needed. At the moment I cannot say more!
